We at Gaspar Gloves take great pride in our products and do the outmost to insure that you receive your order in perfect condition without any manufacturing defects. If, however you are not satisfied with your gloves for any reason, Gaspar Gloves offers 15-day exchange / return policy we charge 15% restocking fee. No additional shipping charge for exchanges. Items must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition with all tags attached and must be received within 15 days of purchase, their original packing. All sale items marked down are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders are specially made for you, according to your specifications. Therefore we cannot accept returns, a request for refund or an exchange under any circumstances.
